01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "yes777" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at yes777.pro and operated by the licensed entity holding the applicable international gaming licence.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on yes777 and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on yes777, identified by a unique username and password combination set during yes777 login registration.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a Player's yes777 account wallet at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or enhanced-odds offers granted to a Player under a yes777 promotional campaign, subject to wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet the value of a bonus before it becomes eligible for withdrawal from the yes777 account.
• "PSL" refers to the Pakistan Super League, the premier T20 cricket franchise tournament in Pakistan, which forms the centrepiece of yes777's sportsbook offering.
• "Payment Methods" refers to the supported deposit and withdrawal channels on yes777, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on yes777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. yes777 does not permit account registration or gameplay by any person under the age of 21, regardless of local laws that may prescribe a lower minimum age.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) number.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing yes777 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of yes777 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of yes777 or any of its affiliated entities, licensees, or third-party game providers.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from yes777 or had your account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

By completing the yes777 registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. yes777 may at any time request proof of eligibility and reserves the right to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

03 Account Rules

The following rules govern all yes777 player accounts and must be adhered to at all times:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one yes777 account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yes777 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. yes777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a failure to secure your login credentials.
• Account Accuracy: All information provided at registration and during any subsequent verification request must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Suspension: yes777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by regulatory or licensing obligations.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. yes777 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of PKR 200 to dormant account balances after this period, subject to prior written notice to the registered email address.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

yes777 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 200 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your yes777 account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 4 hours.
• Withdrawal Processing: Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 24 hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to TRON network confirmation times.
• Withdrawal Verification: CNIC identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• No Conversion Fees: yes777 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the Player.

yes777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including source-of-funds evidence, where required under our licensing obligations or anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where such documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the yes777 platform, including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. yes777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Void Bets: yes777 reserves the right to void any bet where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result cannot be determined within a reasonable timeframe. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account balance at the original stake amount.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets on yes777 are governed by real-time data feeds. Bets placed during a brief market suspension may be delayed or rejected. yes777 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the Player's side affecting live bet placement.
• Maximum Winnings: yes777 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual markets or events. Players will be notified of applicable limits at the point of bet placement where technically feasible.
• Palpable Errors: In the event of a palpable error in odds — including misquoted or misapplied lines — yes777 reserves the right to void affected bets, even after settlement, and return stakes to Player accounts.
• PSL Specific Rules: For all HBL PSL markets, the official match result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the PSL governing body shall be the final determinant of bet settlement on yes777.

06 Casino & Games

The yes777 casino offers over 1,200 titles including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and instant win games sourced from licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and Ezugi.

• Game Fairness: All yes777 casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical processes conducted under studio surveillance. RNG certifications are maintained by independent auditing bodies.
• Game Rules: Each game title on yes777 has its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and volatility rating. Players are responsible for reviewing individual game rules before play.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance. yes777 accepts no liability for any wins or losses attributed to a technical malfunction.
• Disconnections: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game, the game will proceed according to its own rules and any outcome that occurs during disconnection will be considered valid.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

yes777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside individual offers:

• All bonus offers are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have completed yes777 account verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money balance is exhausted, unless otherwise specified. Withdrawing your real-money balance before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit any active bonus.
• yes777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bets placed on certain low-margin markets or game types may not contribute fully (or at all) toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates will be communicated in the individual promotion terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on yes777 and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and/or reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using yes777 as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from illegal activity. yes777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity under its AML compliance programme.
• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed or corrupted match outcome, or otherwise participating in any sports corruption scheme involving PSL or any other event offered on yes777.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with yes777 without human intervention.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between yes777 and other platforms, or abusing bonus structures through coordinated multi-account wagering.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank after funds have been deposited and used for betting activity.
• Fraudulent Identity: Registering with false identity details, using another person's CNIC, or impersonating another individual in any context on the yes777 platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

yes777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified yes777 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. These limits are enforced at the payment processing level.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the yes777 platform — including but not limited to the yes777 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of yes777 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the yes777 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any yes777 content without prior written authorisation from yes777 management. Scraping of odds data, automated content extraction, or framing of yes777 pages within third-party websites is expressly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes777 and its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the yes777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from internet connectivity interruptions beyond yes777's reasonable control
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to maintain adequate account security
• Delays in payment processing attributable to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or other third-party payment processors
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or odds data displayed on yes777 that contains a palpable error
• Any regulatory, legal, or tax consequences arising from your participation in online betting and gaming in your jurisdiction

In all cases, yes777's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

yes777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on yes777, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

yes777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) strictly as necessary for platform operation and regulatory compliance.

13 Amendments to These Terms

yes777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yes777 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the yes777 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the yes777 platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using yes777 and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance prior to the amendment's effective date.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yes777 holds its internationally recognised gaming licence. Any disputes arising from your use of the yes777 platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory body specified under that licensing jurisdiction.

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 days, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under yes777's gaming licence.
